One Pan Hunny Mustard No Chicken and Veggies

Yield: Serves 2-4

The classic roast chicken get the No Evil treatment with chunks of hearty potato, carrot, and onion, roasted to perfection and combined with Comrade Cluck dressed in a lip smacking Hunny Mustard sauce. The Comrade has come home to roost!


  • 10 oz Comrade Cluck 
  • 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, large chunks, unpeeled 
  • 1 large carrot, large chunks 
  • 1 medium yellow onion, large chunks 
  • ½# green beans, cut in thirds 
  • Oil of choice 
  • Salt & Pepper  
  • 1 lemon, optional 

Hunny Mustard 

Yield: 1 cup 

  • 2/3 c spicy brown mustard 
  • 4-5 T agave, to taste 
  • ½ t garlic powder 
  • Pinch of Salt 

 Garnish: 1 lemon, sliced

The How-To

  1. Add Hunny Mustard ingredients to small bowl, stir to combine, and set aside. 
  2. Coat potatoes, carrot, onion, and green beans in oil and roast at 350 for 15 minutes. 
  3. Add Comrade Cluck and Hunny Mustard to pan of roasted veg and toss to coat. 
  4. Roast for an additional 10 minutes. 
  5. Serve with lemon wedge.
