Hollandaise Sauce

The perfect Hollandaise Sauce for your Tex-Mex Benedict!


  • 1 cup cashew cream
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vegan milk (we used Ripple)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2.5 teaspoons Tajin
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/3 cup melted vegan butter (we used Earth Balance)
  • Salt, to taste

The How-To

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender except for the butter and salt. Slowly add melted butter to the blender to emulsify.  Blend until smooth.
  2. Add salt to taste.
