Hollandaise Sauce

The perfect Hollandaise Sauce for your Tex-Mex Benedict!


·        1 cup cashew cream

·        1/3 cup unsweetened vegan milk (we used Ripple)

·        1 lime, juiced

·        2.5 teaspoons Tajin

·        2 teaspoons turmeric

·        1/3 cup melted vegan butter (we used Earth Balance)

·        Salt to taste

The How-To

1.       Combine all of the ingredients in a blender except for the butter and salt. Slowly add melted butter to the blender to emulsify.  Blend until smooth.

2.       Add salt to taste.
