Hawaiian BBQ Foil Packs

Summer is quickly coming to an end and it’s time to squeeze in that last gasp camping trip. Peep this campfire-friendly recipe for a Hawaiian BBQ foil pack that works both grilled or baked over a fire. Just prep the sweet potato in advance, assemble the foil packs, and into the woods ya go!


  • Pineapple
  • Sweet Potato (coat in oil, salt and pepper; roast for 20 minutes at 375)
  • Red Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Island BBQ sauce
  • Green onion
  • Pit Boss

The How-To

  1. Layer all ingredients on foil, tightly wrap/fold, and grill or bake until warmed through.
