Step One

Use a sharp knife to gently slice casing lengthwise from end to end and completely remove before cooking.

Preheat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet or pan over medium heat. Slice, dice, grind or add whole sausage to pan.

Cook 1 minute before stirring & repeat until lightly browned.
