Filtered Water, Non-GMO Vital Wheat Gluten, Organic Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Chili Powder, Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Organic Onion Powder, Nutritional Yeast, Organic Ground Cumin, Organic Garlic Powder, Mexican Oregano, Organic Cayenne

Preparation Instructions

El Zapatista

A chorizo for all!

El Zapatista is the plant-based answer for bold spice and ferocity on the plate, whether breakfast hash or a satisfying chili––its texture and flavor are down for the cause.

Step One

Use a sharp knife to slice casing lengthwise. Remove all casing before cooking.

Step Two

Preheat 2-3 tablespoons oil in skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Slice, dice, or tear into pieces before adding to pan.

Step Three

Cook undisturbed for 2-5 minutes.
Stir and repeat until you find crispy perfection.
